Summary: The property is very convenient to everything in Enterprise. Parking was abundant and close to the doors. The check in process took longer than expected and the employee spoke so quietly we could barely hear her. We did not hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, but the a/c unit was a wall mount which was very loud. There was lots of storage in the room and bathroom. The shower was very mildewy and had soap scum on the walls and doors. The shower had no shelves or place to put items, the door leaked and cause the bathroom floor to be soaked after use. The toilet paper is horrible and there are no facial tissues provided.

Summary: One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!

Summary: Everything was good except for the showers. It took at least 5 - 10 minutes for the hot water to heat up in the shower. That is too long for an established of Thai caliber. I literally had to turn the shower on- turn the hot side all the way over and let it run for like 10 minutes till the water heated up.

Summary: Really nice property with a very new feel. And a nice steakhouse bar right across the parking lot. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Enterprise or the base.
